There is a $10 deposit fee required at the time of booking.
We ask that if you need to cancel, you give us at least 24-hour notice. If you reschedule, your deposit is then transferred over to your next appointment.
We value your time and ask that you do the same in return. If you are going to be late, we ask that you let us know asap. There is a 10 minute grace period. After that time, you will need to reschedule your appointment and put down another deposit.
The $10 deposit is nonrefundable if you do not call to cancel or if you fail to show up for your appointment.
If you are getting more than one service, you may have to forgo parts of the service to keep it within the time allotted for you. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
